What are the elements of Good Kharma? These elements are just what I have seen and you may see others that I don't see. Please do email me if you see other elements
Awareness is the number one key of good Kharma; its knowing that others share the world with you. You have the ability to be concerned about the welfare of others around you and perhaps in far off places.
Another key element is consideration for others. Even the saying we are all used too "What comes around goes around!" If we put enough good things out there, the good ones are sure to return! Never take advantage of others; what I am talking about primarily is good honest hard workers. Having Fair trade is the right thing to do. It should never be about having a low price, because that is circumstantial compared to taking advantage of workers, giving them cheap pay for their hard work. The low price is actually a very high price. China is a prime example of what comes around goes around. Never take advantage of others or for granted our Mother Earth. Being sustainable is part of giving good karma to the world and providing for our future generations. Please be sure to read our Spring 2008 Good Kharma Newsletter!
Good Karma is also about being able to slow down and appreciate what you have and also those around you. Feeling good kharma is about having the ability to ask yourself, "how would I want to be treated in this situation or every situation where you interact with someone else if I were him/her?". Together we share the world, we sacrifice certain things to make the lives of someone besides yourself, better.
Being a part of team to make this world a better place to live. We can achieve world peace by working together, even settling differences, compromising and to meet half way in order to achieve greatness. You could help your neighborhood more than you could even begin to imagine by taking a first aid class and being there in case an emergency arrises. Your neighborhood Red Cross offers these classes for free and you can be certified to assist in any type of emergency. There is nothing like the feeling of helping someone in need. What about the feeling you get when you do something nice for someone else. It's like a warmth in your heart.
Volunteering is just one of the many ways to spread good kharma. So many people and animals need a helping hand, or even a voice. All of these wonderful organizations and countless others help those in need. True there are many bad people in the world, who are selfish and take things personal from others.
These are just a fraction of the great organizations that we at ShoppingKharma.com support and believe in. We donate more than 10% of its profits to great causes and we would donate more if we had it! We just don't believe in over excess (wasting money on material things for ourselves). Our donations varies from Month to Month, however lately we have been donating 200% (more than double of what we make, that means we also borrow money). Our eventual plan will be to donate 10% and the rest to pay bills with, but we just can't help it that there are so many ways to help our world to become better place for all of us to live. We just can't make enough to do so! There really are lots of organizations out there trying to make this world better for all of us and animals!

According to the American Cancer Society, it is estimated that 22,430 women will be diagnosed with this cancer in the U.S. in 2007, and about 15,280 women will die from the disease. A woman’s lifetime risk of ovarian cancer is 1 in 67; it is an insidious disease that often strikes without warning and without cause. The symptoms of ovarian cancer are often vague and subtle, making it difficult to diagnose.

It goes to show you, you never know about something or someone unless you walk a mile in their shoes.

Find out where to take CPR in your area.with your local Red Cross.
Where did ShoppingKharma donate this year?
Why were we able to donate to these organizations? Because the owner of this website has a full-time job and through the goodness of her heart was able to fund this website and others in hopes of one day making a difference.
We did our best this year and next year we will try much harder!
